Patient admitted for

HCWs should use facial protection
(Surgical procedure mask goggle/face shield)
Place surgical procedure mask on the patient when in the
waiting room ; If no masks are available, ask the patient to cover
mouth and nose with a tissue when Sneezing or coughing.
If possible place patient in a place that is
separate from other patient
Single room accomodation -with negative pressure, if possible
If single room is not possible, cohort patients
Staff should use full barrier precaution

Patient confirmed as having Report to pubic health authorities

A/H5 infection
Other diagnosis Reasses precaution

In place for the duration required
