Basic concept of Organizational Change
Strategic change is primarily concerned with people and the tasks that they
perform in the organization. They undertake their work through formal
organisation structures, explored. Groups of like-minded people also form
informal organisation structures.
Managing strategic change pursue particular common interests: sometimes
social groups, like the company sports club, sometimes commercial groupings,
such as a group seeking a minor change in working practices. All such groups
inevitably discuss, formally or informally, any new developments that affect
their lives
