Project Introduction/ Brief

Argo is implementing the BDP (Business Delivery Platform) Project which is a

system which would serve to integrate multiple businesses into one platform
(BDP). This common platform of BDP would then enable Argo to take care of
Policy, Finance, Billing, Marketing and Claims under one system reducing the
use of multiple aging systems. The BDP Forms team complete the BDP UW
and Claims system. BDP Forms team provide the Issuance part and help
Underwriters, MGA's and Brokers to issue the Policy.

• 5 new claim letters

CF1 Release • Modifications to the existing letters

 BDP- Pilot – Successfully Implemented 400 BDP Pilot forms for Winery line of Business

2012 – First BDP Implementation

 Successfully Implemented 650 BDP R1 forms for BC line of business

 Successfully Implemented 550 R2 forms for Contract line of Business
 Successfully implemented more than 1000 forms for Brazil BDP Multiple Lob(Surety,
Marine and Casualty). Along with that we implemented book Binding feature for Argo PI
BDP that users so much like about that.
