-Process is used to heat process gas by burning fuel in the fire box
outside the tube.
-The temparature of fire box is uniform.
- Outlet process temparature is controlled by f/b system that
manipulates flow of fuel to the burners.

has no impact on the process, then proportional control alone may be
sufficient.
