TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS

INTRODUCTION
Nature is essential to our lives- from the food on our
plates to the clothes we wear, from medicines to mental
health benefits. Our ancestors worshipped nature, the old
civilizations are known to have considered tress, birds,
earth, animals as God. Man evolved in the embrace of
nature. After thousands of years of living on this planet, man
has started to destroy it.
Based on the lesson “A DAY IN THE COUNTRY”,
“SONG OF THE FLOWER”, “FIRST SHOWERS”, whose main
theme is nature. I decided to make an ACTIVITY BOX, which
consist of some of the activities related to nature, where
the students will have enjoyment of completing the
activities as well as get an awareness of the present
condition of their environment.

 Teacher shows a video which highlights the present condition of
nature and how humans play a major role in destroying nature.

environment and they are:

 Land degradation  Air/water pollution

 Teacher wishes to start the class with a brief introduction
about nature, later videos and pictures related to it are
shown.

instructions before giving the activity leaflets.
