Introduction • Asahi Glass was founded on 8 September 1907 by Toshiya Iwasaki, the second son of the second president of the original Mitsubishi zaibatsu.

(Each shall be an elimination round) • Group Discussion • This is the major elimination round. • Around 80% of the candidates are rejected. 1st Round • It consists of a group discussion. • Normally there are 10 people in a group. Out of which 0–4 are selected. • 2nd round : (Technical written) • The questions are of MCQ type with no negative markings. • There is about 20-30 questions in 20-30 minutes. 2nd ROUND • Questions are average type ( Generally some question are from previous year GATE Exam). • If you have good knowledge of the basics, then you will surely pass this test. • English Language test • The questions are of MCQ type with no negative markings. • There is about 20 questions in 15 minutes. 3rd ROUND • The level of questions are easy. • Questions are from Articles, Preposition, and basics Grammar. • 4th round: Aptitude test • The questions are of MCQ type with no negative markings. • There is about 60 questions in 20-30 minutes. • Here your time management skills will be tested. 4th ROUND • The level of questions are average. • Questions are generally from verbal and non- verbal reasoning • Written test • This is the test to check your writing skills. • In this test they generally asked you about your: • Short-term and long-term goals • Leaderships 5th Round • Achievements. • This is also an easy round to crack as they selected all the candidates. • NOTE: The questions that was asked will be used for your HR Interview. • Psychometric test • This also consists of MCQ type questions 6th ROUND • There is about 100 questions in 20 minutes. • The questions are to check your mentality. • NOTE: Try to give non-diplomatic answers. • Telephonic Interview • The questions asked will be technical based. • The interviewer will talk to you over the phone. It will last for about 30 minutes. • He will asked you to tell your favourite subjects 7th ROUND and asking questions from them. • Most questions will be regarding the industrial training that you have done. • This is the trickiest round. and once you clear this round you shall consider yourself selected. • Personal Interview by HR. • This round will last for 5–10 minutes. • The interviewer will ask you about you interests and hobbies. 8th ROUND • He may also ask you about questions that were in WRITTEN TEST round. • He may ask you about the location of the company where you would want to join.
