WHY WE NEED ONLINE CLAIM ?
Based on my experience in organisation , by doing manual claim , there is a lot of
complaint from us ;

- Time consuming – “ Using manual claim , the sheet are gone . We need to fill again
.”
- Some payment claim receive very late . Sometimes by next month due to checking
the originality .
- Employees usually on travel very much till we don’t know , is it true ? – HR
- Also travel claim is needed as those working on sites are not always in office , so
they can submit all the attachment and receipt via online .

OF ORGANISATION ?
By conducting online claim , we can improve our efficiency in organisation

First of all , we can cut time of submitting claim . The current practises need more time to fill in
, such as the form . We need to submit to HR. If the season is peak , then the claim process is
very long .

When the claim process is long , the consequences is the payment received will be very late .
Sometimes , by next month payrolls .

It shows that , we cant feed satisfaction to our employees . Employees need to be satisfied
with the organisation to stay still .
WHAT IS ONLINE CLAIM / E- CLAIM
e-Claim is the Self Service solution enabling employees to enter their own mileage and expense claims from their

workplace PC or home computer.

Amongst the prime objectives of the e-Claim is ease of input and allow employees to follow the progress of their

claims through the e-Claim Workflow process. By enabling claimants to submit their travel and subsistence claims

throughout the period, e-Claim speeds up the flow of claims processing thereby avoiding the traditional month end

bottlenecks.

This will assists the timely payment of employees’ claims whilst retaining the necessary controls within e-Claim to

safeguard the integrity of the data and accuracy of payments.


E-Claim helps to facilitate online submission in a transparent and efficient way. It is easy to use by both admins and
employees for their management of online claims submission, including all claims under their benefits, and reimbursable
expenses on ad-hoc basic such as traveling, transport, entertainment and so on. Approval is based on multiple levels that
can be varied by employee category set-up.
