like strange question but chakras are
everywhere .Chakras are energy centers
located in our body. Knowledge of
chakras have been there since thousand
of years ago and chakras are now
increasingly being adopted in tradional
treatment based energy such as Pranic
healing, inner power, reiki, etc.
1. Root Chakra - Represents our foundation and feeling of being grounded.
Location: Base of spine in tailbone area.

2. Sacral Chakra represents Our connection and ability to accept others and new
experiences.
Location: Lower abdomen,

3. Solar Plexus Chakra represent Our ability to be confident and in-control of our lives.
Location: Upper abdomen in the stomach area.

4. Heart Chakra represent Our ability to love.


Location: Center of chest just above heart.

5. Throat Chakra represent Our ability to communicate.


Location: Throat.

6. Third Eye Chakra represent Our ability to focus on and see the big picture.
Location: Forehead between the eyes.

7. Crown Chakra is The highest Chakra represents our ability to be fully connected
spiritually.
Location: The very top of the head.
Might be you never think if we have chakras but know
that every person has an special and individual aura ,their
energy contains special features.
Now we are talking to opening our chakras by meditation
Chakra meditations that use mudras and sounds to open
chakras.
These chakra meditations use mudras which are special
hand positions and positions of the body that have some
kind of influence on the energies of the body, or your
mood to open chakras. The mudras have the power to
send more energy to particular chakras.
To enhance the effect, sounds are chanted. These sounds
are from Sanskrit letters. When chanted, they cause a
resonation in your body that you can feel at the chakra
they are meant for.
 In summary chakras function as the gate
entry of energy into the human body at
the center of power connector that
distributes energy from one body part to
another part of the body and as a
