• Expert resource to the Business responsible for developing a Change Plan that
will accelerate the willingness and ability of employees to adopt and sustain
changes associated with projects of medium-to-high complexity
• Integrated as appropriate into the Core Project Team
• Supports the preparation, management and reinforcement of change
• Works directly with the Executive Sponsor, Business Lead and Project Manager
to ensure change activities identified to prepare employees are aligned with the
needs of the Business Project
