Step 1 : Drag and Drop, Image from th

Library Palette. On to the Form Page.

Step 2 : Use the Draw Menu to provide

other image attributes.

Inserting Graphical Elements

Step 1: Select “Line” from the

Library palette and drag and
drop it onto the page.

Step 2: Set Attributes of the

line, in the object Menu.

Inserting Dynamic Elements

Step 1 : Drag a field from the Data View to Step 2 : Drag a text field from the Library

Inserting a Table

Step 1 : Drag and Drop “Table” from

the Library Palette onto the Layout
Form.

Step 2 : Attributes of the Table can

be specified using the Object Menu.

Summary

 Static Elements like Images, Texts, Graphical Objects, can be added to the form.
 The Static Elements of the form can be set using the Object Menu.
 Dynamic Elements like Text fields, Images, date / time fields etc, can be added to the
form.
 Data binding : Establish the link between Layout fields and Business data, can be
achieved through linking the fields on the Data View to the Display Fields.
 A Table can be inserting into a form, and formatted as per requirements.
