Overview

 IFIC was set up in 1976 as a joint venture company


between the Government of Bangladesh and sponsors
in the private sector

 The Government of the People‘s Republic of


Bangladesh now holds 32.75% of the share capital of
the Bank.

 With 135 branches and 2746 employees, IFIC bank is


managing 13,214 Corer Asset Size. In 2016, the bank’s
net profit is BDT 1,058 cores

• After analyzing the responses interviewees, we
find the satisfaction-performance relationship
• The correlation between job satisfaction and
organizational performance was tested in the way
that the organizational performance was explored
in the previous year and job satisfaction in the
next year
• Employees job satisfaction is reflected by
employees job performance;

 Though per employee profitability is affected by many other factors such
as training, efficient process etc., job satisfaction is one of the crucial
factors to affect profitability. . Based on this data, we can validate the
response of the IFIC employees on their satisfaction.

• As both the customer and employee satisfaction
have long term effect on the growth, IFIC pays
more attention to employee satisfaction
• According to the their interviewees, the satisfied
and loyal employees work in a way that decreases
the cost of company .This can lead towards
profitability.
