Though per employee profitability is affected by many other factors such as training, efficient process etc., job satisfaction is one of the crucial factors to affect profitability. . Based on this data, we can validate the response of the IFIC employees on their satisfaction. Satisfied Employees leads to Satisfied Customers • As both the customer and employee satisfaction have long term effect on the growth, IFIC pays more attention to employee satisfaction • According to the their interviewees, the satisfied and loyal employees work in a way that decreases the cost of company .This can lead towards profitability.
