Education Overview

An Education Overview can be created in MS Word or

in PowerPoint.
Since PowerPoint is used to create the bulk of Oracle
University overview files, we will focus on the
PowerPoint version of the Education Overview.

Education Overview Characteristics

• Provides an overview of a concept or skill

• Differs from process documentation in that it is
skill oriented, rather than activity oriented, and the
contents focus on one-time training
• Supported by, but does not duplicate, the
information contained in process documents
• May "Refer to" relevant support material:
– Procedures
– Navigations and Demo Instructions
– Labs and practices
– Online help
