Automatic Account Creation After Assignment of Time
Profile
After the time profile is assigned in the employee’s job information, the necessary time accounts for
this period are created automatically.

For each time account type, a Time Account Eligibility


Status is automatically created for the employee.
Accruals will only be created with a valid Time Account

Types

For time account types of type Creation: Recurring, time accounts have a yearly validity. So every year
new time accounts for the following year need to be created by means of time off calendar – account creation:
1. Create new time accounts for the next year.
2. Transfer or forfeit balances.
