DEMONSTRATE ETHICAL AND PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR


1.1 MAKE ETHICAL DECISIONS BY APPLYING THE STANDARDS OF THE NASW CODE OF ETHICS ,
RELEVANT LAWS AND REGULATIONS, MODELS FOR ETHICAL DECISION-MAKING, ETHICAL CONDUCT OF
RESEARCH, AND ADDITIONAL CODES OF ETHICS AS APPROPRIATE TO CONTEXT

• Refer to various ethical codes when faced with ethical dilemmas


• Apply the NASW Code of Ethics to identify points of opposition,
agreement and points not addressed by agency policy
• Evaluate potential impact of ethical decisions at multiple levels ( client,
family, community and society)

such as the W.A.V.E. classes and financial literacy classes

• Design a multilevel intervention strategy that targets individual, families and

assignments from instructor

outcomes

 Continue to check on families that are placed in the shelter


after they exit
9.3 Critically analyze, monitor and evaluate intervention and program processes and
outcomes

 Check and update data on new resources


9.4 Apply evaluation findings to improve practice effectiveness at the micro, mezzo,
and macro levels

 Create an updated journal including successful results from


resources given to clients
