> $1 billion redevelopment of City Campus, generating an


estimated $3.2 billion for NSW economy

> 700 direct jobs and 1000 indirect jobs created each year
over the 10-year construction period, generating $650
million in income to workers each year over 10 years

> Once complete, the Master Plan will generate an


additional 670 direct and indirect permanent jobs worth
$44 million in income annually

> Gehry-design building estimated to attract 24,000


interstate visitors and 2,000 international visitors
