Name of the business :


“AL-BAYYINAH Institute in jhelum”

Why are we starting this business??

From while now we are thinking to start business after observing the area where we live
and we observed that there is a lot of resources for fulfilling the needs and wants of
every human beings but unfortunately, there are very lack of resources for their
spiritually needs. We need food for our growth and our livelihood, same like we need
food for our spiritual needs and ALLAH (Subhanahu) makes that food in his words In
his obedience. From this observation we came to know that there must be an institute
for fulfilling people’s spiritual needs so we decided to make a social enterprise.
Main objectives

• The sole objective of Al-Bayyinah Institute is to bring affordable


Islamic education in the national (Urdu) and International
(English) languages for people.
• It is also made for making Arabic language easy to learn and understand.
• Quran and Sunnah are the most prominent parts of the teaching delivered by
the foundation.
• The institute targets the well-off, elite class of the society who are educated.
• it was important to provide a platform to women from middle and upper
class where they could understand Islam and find a way to apply Islam to
their lives.
• Furthermore, the segregation of Islamic and secular education that the
traditional Madrasa does is also a hindering factor for this socio economic
class.
• Scholar Dr.Farhat Hashmi, who herself is a foreign educated woman,
considers both types of education necessary for survival in today’s World
.This idea is very prominent in the objectives and core values of
the institute.
Social enterprise

“A business with mainly social objectives that reinvests most of its


profit into benefitting society rather than maximizing returns to
owner”
Social Enterprise Objectives:
• Social – provide jobs or support for local. often disadvantages
communities
• Economic- make a profit to reinvest back to the business and
provide some return to owner
• Environmental- To protect the Environment and to mange the
business in an environmentally sustainable way.

factor
• Political factor:-
In the political factor the government is fully sporting us and
there will be no hurdles in completion of our project we will play
income taxes. As this business is social enterprise so the govt. will
exempt less tax.
• Economical Factor :-
When we start a this institute then the illiterate level will be
decreased we will also be self literate. Due to start the business the
living standard of the people will be change according to Quran and
Sunnah. The learning power will also increase. When we run our
business it is necessary to pay the taxes to the government that is
also positive economic effect.
• Social factor:-
This is a social enterprise so definitely it benefits the society when it
educates people wit Quran and sunnah then living standard will be
change then their will be implementation of Islam in society as a
result the society will be in peace. The charge of all the courses
offerd in institute is very affordable for all class of people. There
will be less rate of ignorance in people.
• Technological factor:-
Technological factor is very effective for all all type of business.
Because in businesses there is a lot of technologies are used. Same
here we use multimedia for taking lectures and class. In this we will
also learn that how can we do DAWAH from the multimedia we will
learn to use multimedia in positive way.
Factors of production
There are four important factors
• Land
• Labour
• Capital
• Organization
Land
We choose this land from the satellite town of Jhelum and will
build theirs a business. The main purpose of choosing this
land because this is a newly made place and with all facilities.

Labour:
Labour play the main and important role in the
business. And there are four types of labour.

• Skilled labour
• Unskilled labour
• Permanent labour
• Temporary labour
Capital:

We have total capital of Rs.20,00,00,000. And this capital we have


collected from all the partners. We have used this capital in
different factors of production to benefits the society. We have
used this capital in different ways to meet the expenses of a
partnership.
Enterprise:

As we have discussed this is the Social enterprise its purpose is different


to other business now we have joined all factors we are going to start
business.
Type of Business:
There are three types of business :
• A business which is owned managed and controlled by one person only, it is
called sole proprietorship.
• When two or more than two people agreed to share the profit of business,
carried on by all or any one of them acting for all .such business is known as
partnership.
• Joint Stock Company is an artificial person created by law, having a
common seal, capital divided into smaller subunits, carrying limited liability
and having a perpetual existence.
The business that we have selected is partnership because we will divide
capital between all 3 partners and everyone will take a part in the
management as different managerial post assigned to them . and this sort of
business have more advantages then sole owner business.
Name of partners

We are 3 partners who have decided to start partnership business.


Their names are as follow:-
• Iqra nasir
• Abeer azhar
• Rubah fareed
Capital is necessary to start any business to fulfil the basic financial
needs of any business. According to financial needs and requirements
to start this partnership we have to manage approximately Rs
20,00,000,000 Following is the detail of division of capital among
partners,
Partners Capital
Iqra nasir 8 crore

Abeer azhar 5 crore

Rubah fareed 7 crore

Total capital 20 crore


Partnership Deed:
The partnership Act 1932 neither prescribes any specific form of partnership deed
nor does it provides for the content of the deed. It is for the partners to conceive and
include in the partnership deed all matters necessary for smooth relations among
themselves and for the smooth function of their business.
Where a partnership does not contain provisions relating to a particular matter or a
partner is unable to prove the verbal on implied contract of partnership or there is
no such contract among the partner, in that case mutual rights and duties of the
partners shall be those as provided by the partnership Act 1932.

• Iqra nasir(near kareempur Jhelum)
• Abeer azhar(civil lines Jhelum)
• Rubah fareed (sarai Alamgir Jhelum)
• ume Aimen (near Dina)
• Iqra nasir is responsible for accounting and rubah areed is
responsible for finance. Ume Aimen is responsible for marketing.
Abeer Azhar is responsible for management.
• All are active partners their salary will be 40,000rs for each.

• If partner is irresponsible for his duties then the fine must be charge
and the fine will decide by other active partners.
• The audit of account is not compulsory
