Need & Future Direction

A need for Scotland is a 504 Coordinator. With all of the 504’s that they currently have and
the continuous need for more, it is a lot on the social worker to get those completed in a
timely manner with the other duties they have. 504 plans are a job by itself.

School Goal 1: By June 2018, Scotland High School standardized test scores will
increase by 15%, and ACT scores by 5%.
School Goal 2: By June, 2018 Scotland High School will increase the number of dual-
credits earned by students by 10%.
School Goal 3: By June 2018, the number of office discipline referrals for disruptive
behaviors will decrease by 20%.
School Goal 4: By June 10, 2018, 90% of SCS’s teachers will implement the LF framework
with fidelity as measured at the compliance level or higher.
