To be + ing form
Use
William is reading
now. The present continuous is used to talk about events
that are taking place at the moment of speaking.
Affirmative:
Negative: HeHe is reading
isn't reading.
Interrogative: Is he reading? Ann is studying French at the moment.

Note: Verbs ending in –y retain the –y: Cry + ing
