 In-campus dorms- Dormitories administered by
University Housing Office
 Limitations: In this problem, only dormitories
occupied by undergraduate students will be
considered.

Significance of the Problem
 It is observable the dormitories inside the campus are in-
demand for most students but an in-depth analysis on the
viewpoints of the stakeholders tend to make the dormitories
lose their cost-effectiveness and even their interest.
 If a higher demand arises for the dormitories, it is wise for the
administration to supply and if a larger population would stay
inside the campus, positive effects would likely to follow such
as:
 Higher interaction between UP students and also followed by
awareness of the students on social and academic matters.
 Hypothetically speaking, there would be an improvement in the
university when it comes to the demographic aspect since a lot of
consumers would be centrally accumulated inside the campus which
would lead to a better UPLB.
