Legal and Ethical

What ethical issues could exist in your work?

Within my magazine the ethical issues

that could occur is that some members
of the band may not want to be in some
of the photographs as well as some
members of the audience when i take
photos at one of the bands concerts.

Another ethical issue that could exist

in my work is that when editing the
photographs i could air brush them to
slightly change the lighting and other
similar things.
What legal issues could exist in your work?

A legal issue is that i need to be

careful when taking the photographs
incase some members of the band or
audience may not want to be in the
photos.
Another legal issue is that i will be taking my
own photos of the band as then i won’t get
copyrighted if i took them offline. However i
will take a couple of photographs off of the
band website that represents the band at a big
competition they took part in.

Layout could be a legal issue as it

could be copying another magazine.
