El Proceso de Seguridad Basada en el
Comportamiento es una herramienta de
gestión NO solo de seguridad y se encuentra
centrada en la observación de las conductas
seguras realizadas por las personas en el lugar de
trabajo y está destinado a reforzar y
mejorar el desempeño seguro de todos los
colaboradores
