Private VLE CSC Centers
For Inspecting private VLE CSC centers 3 members
committee consist of following members,
1. P.Sundarraj, e-District Manager-II, Namakkal
2. Sub Inspector of Police (Technical), Namakkal
3. Revenue Inspectors of concern Taluk
The inspection of private VLE CSC Centers has been completed
and soft copy of the report sent to TNeGA.
The summary report of the inspection as follows,

Issues in e-Sevai (CMS) portal
1. Unable to enter 16 characters in “community certificate
number” column under “applicant details (Groom)” while
applying intercaste marriage certificate from CSC Login. It
accepts only 15 characters.
2. In Legal Heir certificates, application got approved by tahsildar,
but Legal heirs of the deceased not displayed in output
certificate.(Application details given to CMS team)
3. Unable to Download the certificate in CSC Login, even the
application got signed by Tahsildar ( While checking
applications status, its shows "Application pending with RI
or HQDT", but same application got signed by Tahsildar,
we can take certifiate from Tahsildar Login)
4. Sometimes, website loading very slowly, unable to select the
District or Taluk or Village name while applying certificates.
5. For some applications While processing from RI login, it is
not forwareded to HQDT, intead of that it is forwared to
same RI login and shows in pending applications.
(Application details given to CMS team).
6. In Tahsildar / ZDT login, after clicking "Pending for Signature"
option, sometimes its taking long time for loading and then
page get expires.
7. HQDT remarks for the particular applications, is not shows in
the Tahsildars Login... Instead of that the remarks of RIs shows
multiple times.
8. In Legal Heir Certificate, In output certificate, Name of the
legal heirs can be displayed in both english and Tamil.
9. Some applications not able to sign by Tahsildars, after clicking
“Sign selected file”, it is processing as “Document Signed”
and redirect to the same page and application remains for
pending.
10. Unable to generate CAN number in eSevai website, OTP not
send to the applicant mobile number.
11. Firka name and Taluk Name wrongly mapped to the village
in legal heir certificate notice and applicant relationship to the
deceased also wrongly displayed in legal heir certificate notice.
12. Unable to process some applications from HQDT Login, after
clicking submit button, its loading and after that same
applications remains in pending applications list . (Application
details given to CMS team).
Issues in e-District (NIC) portal

1. Frequently getting error in eForms page, its throws “Unable


to connect” error.
2. While submitting applications, its throws “Error occurred:
Transaction error”. So, unable to process marriage
scheme applications in mean time.
3. Due to server issues, single application forwarded
multiple times to VAO login with different application IDs
for same person. So, officials getting trouble for processing
these applications.
4. Sometimes, after clicking ‘eForms’ it throws “User already
logged in” error.
5. Unable to process “Community Certificates” from Officials
Login, Its throws an “Exception Error”.
Signage Board - Inspection

For verification of signage board in PACCS and TACTV


CSC centers, 3 members has been formed and
committee consist of following members,
1. e-District Manager, Namakkal.
2. CSR / Field Officers of all block, Co-Operative
Societies, Namakkal
3. Assistant Manager, TACTV, Namakkal
* 13 TACTV CSC Centers and 22 PACCS CSC
Centers are verified till now.
Half Acres Land Allotment to DeGS
The field inspection is completed, the file is under
process.
Vehicle Hiring for eDMS
Three quotations received from the 3 travels, in
that minimum amount received as follows,
Rent per day – Rs.950
Drivers Bata – Rs.350
KM Charge – 6 /km
The file is submitted for District collectors approval.

The PMGDISHA District Level Committee meeting has


been conducted on 26.06.2018
Files Prepared and Submitted and Other
Office Works
1. Monthly account statement for May 2018 has been send to the TNeGA.
2. Account and Cash register updated for May 2018.
3. Corrections in online OBC output certificate- Collectors letter sent to
CRA and TNeGA
4. eDMs allowances file prepared and submitted for approval
5. PMGDISHA file processed for District collectors approval for conducting
to conducting district level committee meeting and Meeting conducted
on 26.06.2018 and press release also given for awarness.
6. Sent letter to RTO for requesting vehicle rate contract for the financial
year 2018-19 to hiring vehicles.
7. Consolidated the Private VLE CSC centers inspection reports and
submitted for collectors approval and report sent to the TNeGA
8. Regularly checking and configuring DSC issues for officials through
remotely.
9. Regularly assigning and reassigning the roles for revenue officials in
both e-District and e-Sevai website.
10. Regularly receiving calls from Revenue officials , CSC operators and
public regarding website issues.
11. Preparing and Submitting the pending reports for the meeting.
Meetings and Training Attended

1. DRA meeting on 10-05-2018 and 13-06-2018, e-District


reports and e-Sevai new certificates reports prepared
manually and submitted.
2. Weekly Revenue meeting on every Monday, reports
prepared manually and submitted.
3. e-Governance and Cyber Security training from 28.05.2018
to 30.05.2018 in Anna Institute of Management, Chennai as
per the District Collectors proceedings.
