SINR improvement – Plan of action
• Divide market based on Localization Clusters. Overlayed on bad SINR agoop data.
• Cluster Prioritization:
Identify bad SINR sectors along with SINR< 0 and # of sector less than 0
Identify clusters with low CQI and high 1900 drop rate.
Identify clusters with higher low CQI sector along with Over shooters.
• Keep track of PSO changes, New sites upgrades in the cluster and monitor the impact.
• High offenders analysis based on high CDR, over shooters, low CIQ based sectors.
