SINR improvement – Plan of action
• Divide market based on Localization Clusters. Overlayed on bad SINR agoop data.

• Cluster Prioritization:

 Identify bad SINR sectors along with SINR< 0 and # of sector less than 0
 Identify clusters with low CQI and high 1900 drop rate.
 Identify clusters with higher low CQI sector along with Over shooters.

• Optimization actions include:

 Hardware issue resolution, parameters changes and tilts, deployments.

 Perform market audits (X2, S1, Power , TM parameters) in the cluster/market level
 Identify the over shooters using TA (Timing advance) and perform the tilts accordingly.

• Keep track of PSO changes, New sites upgrades in the cluster and monitor the impact.

• High offenders analysis based on high CDR, over shooters, low CIQ based sectors.

• Volte parameters pre-check along with CSON

• Monitor for targeted improvement

• Expedite deployments for further improvement
