FORM OF TENDER
• A legal offer by the tenderer, stating the tender amount and proposed completion time.

• To ensure that the undersigned agrees to the condition of work.

1. Fixed completion period: 8 months

2. Type of contract : Lump sum firm price contract

3. Offer remains valid and shall not be withdrawn within 120 days from final
date of submission of tender.

4. Tender Bond will be forfeited if : -


• The undersigned withdrawn before the Tender Validity Period.

• The undersigned imposes any additional term after the final date fixed for the
tender submission.

The tender bond is for use where a developer is obtaining tenders for a
contract and requires a bond as security against the risk of the
successful bidder failing to enter into contract.

The successful Tenderers shall be required to provide a Performance


Bond in the form of cash or an approved Banker's
Guarantee/Insurance Guarantee issued by a bank registered in
Malaysia on the standard form provided equal to 5% of the Contract
Sum (Clause 37.1)
