Interpreting the results of the survey

Based on the survey we had discovered the
following;
• The office has information technology
implementation
• The network, data and application systems
integration is implemented at great extent
• They have distributed facilities

• The automation of office capabilities is
implemented at great extent
• The IT Head is not entirely responsible for
corporate business planning process
• The IT Head is responsible for distributed
information approval of corporate information
system and technology acquisitions, and
assessment of new technologies

• Quality assurance Program, data
administration is implemented at some extent
• Corporate data architecture, policy on data
ownership is implemented at some extent
• Data shared between users and departments
at very great extent

Based from the results we have found out that
the company;
• Has implementation information technology
and network integration
• Distribution of facilities is being done
• IT head has limits in implementing IRM
systems and policies

Conclusion
Conclusion
• In conclusion the company is the
implementation of IRM is somewhat at
average. Simply because some functions of
the IRM implementation are not covered and
must be improved.
