• Concept
The first ‘c’ of event management is the firststep in event. Idea
generation, deciding theme on which the event is based on,
what do want to do? This is the question that is answered
through this first ‘C’ of event management.

• Costing

One of the most essential factor to be kept in mind is


costing or checking the budget for the event which
comes under the category of costing.

• Canvassing

Canvassing means doing research for the


client, which helps us in serving or working
more efficiently in an event.

• Customization

As the name suggests, customization means


making the necessary changes in the event as
per the requirements of the clients.
• Carrying out

This ‘C’ is about the execution and


implementation of an event according to the
final concept. It brings all planning into action.
