Allows for running and retrieving of the firing head without the
firing head installed on the perforating guns
Run in with the firing head only when ready to perforate the well
Never latch the firing head in at the surface
Available Size: 3-1/8”, 3-3/8”, and 5”
Top Thread: 2-3/8” EU and 2-7/8” EU
Provides a method of running the tubing with a low fluid level to achieve
an underbalance
Used with any mechanically actuate firing head
Requires a minimum of 600 psi hydrostatic pressure inside the tubing
Ideal for situations when perforating with open perforations and wanting
the dynamic underbalance
Available Sizes: 2-3/8”, 2-7/8”, and 3-1/2”
Top Thread: 2-3/8” EU, 2-7/8” EU, and 3-1/2” EU
Used for TCP applications when the guns need to be dropped off after firing
Operates by using an Otis Model “B” Wireline Positioning Tool
Rotationally locked to allow torque to be transmitted below the tool
