ACUTE STRESS
Most widely experience

Actually brings about excitement, joy


and thrill of live

Occurs only a very short period of


time

Symproms might only come out


when stress accumulated
EPISODIC STRESS
Acute stress that is too frequently of acute
stress

Longer periods of intermittent depression,


anxiety disorders and emotional distress

Ceasesless worrying

Persistent physical symptoms similar with


acute stress
CHRONIC STRESS
Long term exposure to stressors

• Unhappy marriage
• Traumatic experiences
• Unwanted career or job
• Chronic illnesses
• Relationships conflict

Stressful seem to be unending

Accumulated stress can be life


threatening, can lead to suicide
