WELL THIS ACT BECAME LAW IN 1990 AND IT PROTECT PEOPLE’S RIGHTS WITH
DISABITY AGAINST DISCRIMINATION.

TITLE 2 PART IS FOR THE STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT
BASICALLY IT ENFORCES TO MAKE SURE HOSPITAL AND SCHOOLS
ETC.. DEPARTMENTS THAT RECEIVE FUNDS FROM THE GOVERNMENT
HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS AND ACCESSES TO THE THINGS THEY NEED
TO HELP THEM.

interest on the younger generation.

 It adds accessibility to web pages especially for the blind they can use
screen readers and hear what the text is saying.
 This helps the visual impaired people better understand the pictures and
can appreciate it
