SITE INTRODUCTION
Nawab Mansur Ali khan Pataudi sports complex
belongs to Jamia Millia Islamia university in new
Delhi, India. the shape of physical infrastructure
started changing with the development of an
indoor sports complex. the cricket ground
which was an uneven dust-bowl was given a
facelift. It changed from a matting wicket to a
turf wicket of international standard basketball
and lawn tennis courts with food light were

constructed. Viewing galleries came up beside

STUCTURAL ANALYSIS
The hall is that of a truss structure covered
with a fall ceiling. Trusses are composed of
straight members connected at the end by
hinged connections to form a stable
configuration.
Trusses provide complete flexibility in exterior
cladding. The whole structure is supported by
beams and 30X60 centimeter columns.

MATERIALS
The exterior is cladded with ACP panels as it is
a economical cladding compared to other
