My name is Ms. Suad Taleb AlAli, I’m an early childhood teacher for KG 1 and KG 2. I’m married and I

education department special for early childhood. And know I’m a teacher in Al Barium Kindergarten
government school, for Kg 2. I teach children three subjects Math, English, and Sciences. My professional
background is I can build a strong relationship with kids , deal with them and communicate with the children
in class in an easy way. Also, I can provide the differentials of the activities ( high, middle, and low) that can
fit children to do their work in easy method. And her my email address to contact with parents is

1
Teaching
philosophy

My teaching philosophy is focused into two things first, learning through play for early childhood this is a
very important type for kids to learn. In my opinion, gives children free play while their learning by doing
in the activity is very important for them because they using their imagination to think what they are been
doing in the center, for example, they develop their fine motor skill when the children try to make a letter
with play- dough. They will enjoy and it gives them the opportunity to discover their mistakes while they
are playing and found their mistakes and corrected. Also, it develops their cognitive and thinking skills.
Also, learning through play is more useful for me as a teacher for kindergarten to find where the children
issue and support them to achieve this issue. According to Montessori and Frobel theories both of them
agree that the best learn for children come from learning by self-direction which linked to motivation
because it builds and develops their fundamental skill such as social and emotional, and their cognitive.
(Rennet, Wood, & Rogers, n.d). On the other hand, the second part is a belief about parent community
involvement in education. Which means the parental is the first education for children, and I think it is very
important to children, teacher and parents as well because they get all support from them, in the different
aspect in behavior, community, develop student level and approve the weakness point. (Parental and
community involvement in education, 2018).

2
My overall
expectations

My overall expectations for children in my classroom is to learn the classroom rules like how to be
organized in the classroom by putting and return the materials in right place. Learn how to follow rules such
as respect each other their friends and teachers and routine for our classroom, work and collaborate to each
other that will be in circle area or in their group in the centers while they are doing the activity or sharing
the activity. Also, my expectations for parents in my class is attending parent-teacher conferences to do
usually one to twice time in the year the purpose for this event is to communicate with parents about their
child and discuss the strategies that help the child to be the best in the class. (Hoffers, 2018)

3
Classroom
Management
Strategies

My classroom management strategies methods are that I used to encourage and motives learner in the
classroom which are first, positive classroom rules such as making eye contact, follow the direction, work
with other, and raise your hand. The second is to establish morning routine such as sit in the circle area,
learn the days of the week, months of the year, take the attendances. The third point is using the positive
reinforcement likes a stick in the wall who will be the star of the week. So, it is the useful way to
encourage children to keep doing well in the class that referred to Skinner theory by using positive
reinforcement by pries them through give a star to children whose keep doing well in the class, motive
them and avoids misbehavior. And our classroom environment settable to the different corner. For
example, math area, sciences area, reading, and writing area those all area work together to keep the
classroom more useful and organize for children. (Shores, Gunter, & Jack, n.d)

4
Assessment
strategies

My strategies tool to assess children work through circle area or the activity. I used the summative and
Formative assessment strategies like to ask questions and answers, which means I ask oral questions and
the students respond to it. Which help me as a teacher determined to the student to understand what they
going to learn about it, solve the problem, and it helps children to extend their thinking. Another point, I use
the portfolio strategies that means I collect the samples of student work, and it focuses on visual
documentation of a student’s achievement. (Planner, 2005) To observe children behavior, skills and their
understanding of the lesson, However, I use checklist strategies to assessment children if they understand
the lesson or not. So, this method helps me to understand the weakness and strong point for each student.

5
Communicate with
parents

I have a verity of methods to communicate with parents, such as I contact with a parent by cell phone when
the children are have emergency situation. Also, I can make WhatsApp group with parents, to see their
children work, and observe some comment suggestions from parents to other parents or to teacher. On the
other hand, I communicate with parents by using an email address that the parents received their weekly
report for their children with some notes about the strength and weakness point for each child individually.
Furthermore, we can use the email address to contact them by sending the calendar event for the annual year
or monthly.

6
Method to
encouraging
parent
involvement inside
the classroom

To encouraging parent involvement in the class its focuses in different aspect which are make sure the all
parent have access to join to regular access to clear, and easy to read about their children school and the
classroom so they can the class schedule school colander and event. Ask parents to share their ideas with me,
and another parent. Also, their positive and negative comment about the school. So, we can work to develop
the children level. (Network, 2017)

7
Suggestions for parents
to support their children
education at home

My suggestions to the parents to support their children to develop their educational level at home. First, give
children the opportunity to get their response to think they can do as adult work by themselves, for example,
support children to bring their book and pencil to write the homework. The second point, support children in
writing and reading, and math skill. For reading skill parent can choose or give children the opportunity to
choose their favorite book fun singing a song so they can interest while they listen to the story, reading to
children story every day. So, it helps the child to develop their second language to learn new vocabulary and
learn how to communicate with their language. The third point, learning through play. For example, the
parents can use the blocks to their children to count how many blocks they have or to learn how many colors
we have, or learn the shapes and the name of it. (Education, 2018).
