Introduction
 This research tries to analyze how to control police officers' anger to
work response. Thus, rather than restricting consideration on
subjective measures this study will also examine the influence of
training frequently related to anger control and work response(Keren &
Schul, 2009)..
 Decision-making emotions

 Anger role in decision making

 Training

 Influencing factors (i.e. emotions and moods) affect decision making

by controlling what decision makers think (i.e. substances) and are
further controlled by their mental process (Forgas and George, 2001).
 Past research has analyzed decision-making largely effected by training
from a contextual point of view, such as decision-making style and the
contrast of individuals with potential for its impact(MAKING, 2015).

 The study of Keren & Schul, (2009) investigation has some
influence on activity avoidance of police officer. Among the
police activities, the trend toward high pressure calls -
sharing may talk to adaptation technology.
 Naturally, their essential concern identifies the
management of anger and its impact on decision making.
Police officers have reported that control of anger and
anger is a key passionate trial in police work (Daus &
Brown, 2012).
 Training course materials of police expects to give your
members the abilities that will assist them with
understanding decisions, characterize issues, assess
choices and settle on the best decisions(Rothman, 2017).

Problem Statement
Study would solve the problem “is there any differential impact
of anger control on response to work scenario after influence of
moderating effect of training”.
 The direct impact of anger control on response to work
scenario
 Moderating impact on both dependent and independent
variables.
This part of research focus on the issue, which has been
highlighted to solve. Study has been focused on Police offers
working in Punjab region of Pakistan. Largely discussed issue of
anger control of Punjab police has been observed in this study.
Reponses to work has been observed with anger control and
assumed that response to work is not dependent on anger
control.

Research Objectives
Following are research objectives

 To find out the impact of anger control on response to work

scenario.

 To find out the impact of training on response to work.

 To analysis the impact of anger control on response to work

scenario with dependent effect of training on response to work
scenario.

Data and Source
 Data collection method:
Research data could be collected through questionnaire on
variables. Questionnaire would be designed like Likert scale five
to seven options. While most work on the utilizes quantitative
data, this article seeks The influence of police officers’ decision-
making style and anger control on responses to work scenarios
 Population:
Population of the study would be police officers staff of all police
stations in Punjab. Infield police officer’s staff would response
on questionnaire based on their working field experience. Major
part of this papulation is constables and head constables, small
population of ASI,SI and SHO involved in this population as
compare to constables and head constables. Overall 3000
women and 180000 male police officers working in Punjab police
(The Nation 2017)

Data and Source
 Sample:
Sample would be based on police officers of police stations working in
district Vehari (SHOs,Sis and ASIs). All Police stations of district
Vehari would be observed to collect primary data based on research
questionnaire. Nineteen police stations are located in Vehari district
(Six in Vehari and Mailsi each, Seven in Burewala). About 300
questionnaire would be distributed in all police stations and valid
responses would be included in analysis. Almost two thousand police
officers and official are working in Vehari district.
 Data analysis:
The objective of regression analysis is generally to estimate the
relationship between a set of independent variables (regressors) and
some dependent variable (outcome). Linear regression is used to
examine the relationship between one dependent and one
independent variable. After performing an analysis, the regression
statistics can be used to predict the dependent variable when the
independent variable is known. The whole purpose of using
correlations in research is to figure out which variables are connected.

9
Model Equation
 Y = a+bx+e
 RtW = a + b1(AC)+e
 Trng = a + b1(AC)+e
 RtW = a + b1(Trng)+e

Rtw = Response to Work

Trng = Training
AC = Anger Control

Impact of moderator(Training) would be tested between dependent

(response to work) and independent variables (anger control).
