Problema
No organización de clientes y dispensación de estos, logrando que la empresa se pierda en su avance,
tampoco cuenta con una oficina la cual maneje sus pedidos.

Objetivo General
Mejorar el manejo de recursos a través de la metodología Deming en la empresa fuel innovación eirl
Huancayo 2018

Hoy en día las empresas se desarrollan
en un ambiente de constantes cambios,
es por eso la importancia de analizar los
diferentes factores que se manifiestan
alrededor de ellas. Es interesante
conocer estos cambios debido a que las
empresas deben estar conscientes de
que sus competidores están
constantemente buscando estrategias
para generar ventaja competitiva. La
relevancia aquí es que las empresas
deben estar alertas y hacer un análisis
estratégico de su entorno.

 OBJETIVOS

•Diagnosticar las condiciones presentes en las áreas de la empresa fuel

innovación eirl basando el análisis en los principios básicos de la metodología del
circulo de Deming para un trabajo de mejora continua.

•Mejorar la calidad de servicios según su tipo para el crecimiento de la empresa y

mejore su posición fácilmente.

 FUNDAMENTACIÓN TEÓRICA

• Se concentra el esfuerzo en ámbitos organizativos y de

procedimientos puntuales.

• Consiguen mejoras en un corto plazo y resultados visibles.

• Si existe reducción de productos defectuosos, trae como consecuencia

una reducción en los costos, como resultado de un consumo menor de
materias primas.
• Incrementa la productividad y dirige a la organización hacia la
competitividad, lo cual es de vital importancia para las actuales
organizaciones.

• Contribuye a la adaptación de los procesos a los avances

tecnológicos.

• Permite eliminar procesos repetitivos.
