 EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
Overtime Pay

1 Employee who will exceed their 8 hours worktime will be subject for an
overtime pay. Overtime rate will be computed by adding 30 percent of
their regular rate to their hourly pay. An Employee can't work for more
than 12 hours in a day.

Double Pay
2 Whenever there is a National Holiday hourly regular rate of the
employees will be doubled. Overtime hours will not be subject to this
benefit.
13th Month Pay

3 Employees will receive their 13th month pay every year and it will be
computed by the standard given by the government.

Insurance Premiums

4 Employees will be provided premium plans which includes SSS,

Pagibig, and Pension Funds. The business will deposit monthly
contribution for its employees.15
