UTAR could:
• Improve the recognition of the graduates produced
by actively improve the university ranking
• Collaborate between government and private
sectors to promote employment rate for graduates
• Enhance the facilities in the campus to enrich the
student learning experience
• Keep only the performing staffs to continually
ensure the effectiveness and the efficiency of the
university
UTAR could:
• Create platform for graduates to apply their
knowledge and explore their talents
• Introduce part time programme for the working
adults to improve academic qualifications
• Introduce online programme to expand the market
reachability
• Enable highly customized programmes to cater for
the students’ interest
• Eliminate lecturers who are not performing well
• Eliminate liaisons & coordinators (eliminating
coordinators between HR and other departments in
the same building)
• Reduce unnecessary research to reduce / cut cost
(conduct only important research that benefits the
university)
• Eliminate early morning classes (utilities savings)
• Competitors students from other private higher
educational institutions
