Caution:
This plugins all the time doesn’t work for everyone so it worked for me it
may not work for you also .

So the solution is:

implement it and then just again check the site speed from the above
method and if it decrased the speed rather. then delete that plugin and
check other one

Installing and activating plugin is not enough, You need to configure it.
