• FIRST DEVELOPED HIS LOVE AND PASSION TO ARHITECTURE AS A

STUDENT IN MADISON UNIVERISITY.

• 1887, HE LEFT THE UNIVERSITY AND MOVED TO CHICAGO.

• TRANSITION AND EXPERIMENTATION


- HE BEGAN WITH AN APPERNTICESHIP WITH THE

ARCHITECTURAL FIRM OF ALDER AND SULLIVAN DIRECTLY

WORKING UNDER LOUIS SULLIVAN ,”THE FATHER OF SKYSCRAPERS”.

- HE WAS BEING TAUGHT A SIMPLE MANTRA OF “FORM FOLLOWS

FUNCTION” BY HIS MENTOR ALDER AND SULLIVAN.
