 Komponen Sel
1. Membran Plasma/Membran Sel
bagian paling luar yang membungkus sel yang tersusun atas
lemak (lipid) dan protein (lipoprotein).

Fungsi membran sel

•Melindungi sel
•sebagai pengatur masuk dan keluarnya zat dari sel
•Penerima rangsangan dari luar

2. Sitoplasma
Sitoplasma bersifat koloid kompleks yakni tidak cair dan
tidak padat yang dapat berubah tergantung konsentrasi air,
jika konsentrasi air rendah akan menjadi padat lembek
disebut gel, sedangkan jika konsentrasi air tinggi akan
menjadi encer disebut sol.
Fungsi Sitoplasma
•Tempat berlangsungnya metabolisme sel
•Sumber bahan kimia sel

3. Retikulum Endoplasma (RE)
Memiliki selapis membran, dan membran tersebut ada
yang berhubungan dengan membran inti dan membran
plasma sehingga dapat berperan sebagai penghubung
antara bagian luar sel dengan bagian dalam sel. Terdapat
2 jenis RE yaitu :
Retikulum endoplasma halus (REh) adalah tidak melekat
dengan ribosom, sedangkan retikulum endoplasma kasar
(REk) adalah melekat pada ribosom.

4. Mitokondria
• Struktur mitokondria dikelilingi dua lapisan membran
yaitu membran luar dan membran dalam.
• Membran dalam membentuk lipatan-lipatan ke dalam
membentuk krista.
• Ruang dalam mitokondria berisi matrik mitkondria yang
mengandung banyak enzim.
• Oksigen dan glukosa berkombinasi dalam membentuk
energi (ATP) yang diperlukan untuk metabolisme dan
aktivitas seluler dalam organel sehingga mitokondria
dijuluki sebagai the power house karna menghasilkan
energi.

5. Kompleks Golgi
 Badan golgi adalah sekelompok kantong (vesikula) pipih
yang dikelilingi membran.
 Badan golgi merupakan saluran-saluran yang terletak di
dekat nukleus dan terlibat dalam proses sekresi.
 Badan golgi dibangun oleh membran yang berbentuk
sisterna, tubulus, dan vesikula.
Fungsi Badan Golgi
•Membentuk vesikula (kantung) untuk ekskresi
•Membentuk lisosom
•Memproses protein
•membentuk membran plasma

6. Lisosom
-Lisosom adalah organel sel berupa kantong terikat
membran yang berisi enzim hidrolitik yang berguna
untuk mengontrol pencernaan intraseluler pada
berbagai keadaan
-Diliputi oleh suatu membran pembatas
-Bentuk dan ukuran heterogen
-Mengandung 2 atau lebih enzim hidrolase asam
-Bersifat enzyme latency

7. Ribosom
• Butiran kecil nukleoprotein yang tersebar di
sitoplasma
• Ada yang melekat di Retikulum Endoplasma
(sehingga menjadikan RE tersebut dinamakan RE
Kasar)
• Melakukan sintesis protein
• Ribosom berdiameter lebih kurang 20 nm..
• Ribosom tersusun dari protein dan RNA ribosom
dengan perbandingan jumlah yang sama.
• sebagai tempat mensintesis protein dari asam amino.
Pelaksana sintesis tersebut adalah RNA.

8. Nukleus ( Inti Sel)

Nukleus atau inti sel adalah organel yang ditemukan pada sel
eukariotik. Organel ini mengandung sebagian besar materi
genetik sel dengan bentuk molekul DNA linear panjang yang
membentuk kromosom bersama dengan beragam jenis
protein seperti histon. Gen di dalam kromosom-kromosom
inilah yang membentuk genom inti sel.

9. Sentriol
Sentriole ini berperan dalam proses pembelahan sel
dengan membentuk benang spindel.
Sentriol adalah sepasang benda mikro berbentuk tabung
yang tampak di dekat nukleus. Masing-masing sentriol
mengandung mikrotubulus (buluh halus), yaitu salah
satu bahan yang membina rangka sel (sitoskelet) .

10. Peroksisom
Peroksisom adalah struktur terkecil didalam sel
yang memiliki membran tunggal dan lipid dwilapis
yang mengandung protein pencerap

Fungsi :
-Oksidasi substrat pada mamalia
-Oksidasi asam lemak mamalia
-Jalur glikolat

11. Mikrotubulus dan mikrofilamen
-Mikrotubul dan mikrofilamen menyusun struktur
rangka sel yang disebut sitoskeleton
-Mikrotubulus terdapat pada gelendong sel, yaitu
berupa benang – benang spindel yang
menghubungkan dua kutup sel pada waktu sel
membelah
-Mikrofilamen: merupakan benang2 halus, tipis, &
memanjang. Mempunyai 2 protein yaitu aktin dan
myosin (banyak terdapat pada sel2 otot & membentuk
rangka dalam pd sel), menyebabkan kontraksi pada
sel2 otot; tetapi apabila aktin dan miosin saling
menjauh maka akan terjadi relaksasi
Hubungan Antar Sel
Gap Junction (nexus)
✘ Terdiri dari protein membran yang membentuk
suatu struktur yang membatasi saluran,
dinamakan connexon yang memiliki 6 unit
protein yang disebut conexin
✘ Saluran dalam gap junction mampu
melewatkan ion, gula, asam amino, dan
molekul kecil lainnya.
✘ Fungsi gap Junction adalah Komunikasi antar
sel tetangga,lewatnya ion dan
metabolit,mengalirkan rangsang, pemeratan
zat.
✘ Gap tersebut dapat ditemui pada beberapa tipe
jaringan, meliputi jaringan otot jantung dan
jaringan dalam fase embrionik.
 Hubungan Antar Sel
Desmosom
merupakan persambungan antar sel yang
terdiri dari intermediet filamen berbahan
dasar keratin protein. Fungsi desmosom
yaitu sebagai tempat perlekatan mekanik
antar 2 sel yang berdekatan. Desmosomes
banyak ditemukan pada epitel berlapis
yang mengalami tekanan, seperti pada
epidermis dan cervix.

Tight Junction

Tight junction adalah hubungan antar sel

yang sangat erat sehingga terjadi kontak
langsung antar kedua membran.
Hubungan ini dihubungan oleh protein
kompleks yang terdapat di masing-
masing membran sel. Contoh tight
junction terdapat pada sel epitel usus.
Bahan makanan yang ada di dalam usus
harus melalui membran sel yang
berhubungan dengan ruang usus.
