Open and programming software
Hover over Strata Unifer Icon in Windows Tray to get version level
Right click on the Strata Unifer Icon in the Windows Tray to Launch
Unifier program or check Node Status

(This is the port number that the Strata Unifier will communication with Level2OAI)

“Unifier Hostname or IP Address” should be the IP Address of where the Strata Unifier Software is
installed, in most cases it will be the same computer.
“Unifier Port Number” is the Port Number that Level2OAI will communication with Strata Unifier.
“Unifier” checkbox tells Level2OAI that it is connecting to Strata Unifier Software and to utilize Node
Numbers for all received and transmitted packets.

“Node ID” is the Node ID assigned in the CIX Systems to communicate between systems.
“Address” is the IP Address of the CIX Processor for the Node.
“Port” is the Port Number assigned in the CIX Systems “PRG-801 CIX/CTX Network Jack LAN
Device Assignment” program under “FK-04” for ACD.
Note: CIX Overlap codes should not be programmed or used in the CIX System “PRG 646
Node ID Assignments”

To Edit a Nodes setting, click on the Node Number and then click the “Edit Node” button

“Node ID” is the Node ID assigned in the CIX Systems to communicate between systems. This can
not be edited.
“Address” is the IP Address of the CIX Processor for the Node.
“Port” is the Port Number assigned in the CIX Systems I/O Device to communicate with the ACD
System.

To Delete a Node, click on the Node Number and then click the “Delete Node” button

This screen is confirming that you want to delete Node 51 from the Strata Unifier.

The “Global Call” button shows a mapping between unifier calls and switch calls.

The “Monitor” button shows unifier and switch monitors for monitoring the state of
devices and calls.

The “State Dump” button allows you to dump the internal state of the unifier to the unifier log
files. This is for debugging.

The “About” button provides the unifier software version and other information.

1. Strata ACD Group ID in the ACD Administrator will now require the Node Number in front
of the Pilot DN.
2. The Node Number is not required in “PRG-540 Pilot DN Assignment” of the CIX when
creating the Pilot DN for ACD.
3. Voice Assistant Port Extension Numbers now require the Node Number in front of the
extension when programming.
4. When manually programming a station into the Devices Tab of Level2OAI, the Node
Number is required in front of the extension number.
