TOP-NOTCH was organized for the primary purpose of operating and engaging in

workers, medical technologists, architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape
architects, real estate brokers and sales persons, foresters, geologists, guidance
counsellors, and other professionals, in order to comply with the requirements for
continuing professional development (CPD) units, as may be required and/or
authorized by law.
