INTRODUCTION:
• Islamabad medical complex(IMC) - providing health facilities.
• Has departments like Admin, Finance, Dental, Medical, Eye,
Surgical, Cardiac, Gynecology, Physiotherapy, ENT, Safety, etc.

• All the department has specialist doctors and skilled manpower.


• Well equipped laboratory along with Ultrasound, X-Ray and CT
scan.

• A cafeteria is also present for hospital employees and patients.

• IMC stand for Islamabad Medical Complex
affiliated with NESCOM.

• Situated near police line, h-11/4, Islamabad.


• One of the best hospital in Islamabad
• Semi-government organization.
• 100 bedded hospital.

• Conservation of resources (CoR) model Stress occur when there is
any loss.
THEORATICAL PERSPECTIVE:
Theories related to job:
• Process theory (Describes how behavior is directed, stopped)
• Dispositional theory (people have dispositions that cause
satisfaction)
• Job characteristic model (job satisfaction occur when environment
encourages motivating characteristics)
• Discrepancy theory (satisfaction occurs when you feel what is
important
• Reference-group theory (employees compare their input from their
jobs to others)
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
• Research methodology is the procedure use to select, analyze
information about the topic.
• The method we used is survey research design.
• Survey design can be used in academia, government,
organizations etc.
• We use interview for data collection because it is effective.
• In research method, a sample is a group of people, objects, that
are taken from large population for measurement.
• Our method of sampling was based on interviews.

• Data analysis is the process of evaluating data using logical reasoning
to examine the data provided.
