 To find out the current level of satisfaction of customers at ZENDABAZAR


BCCB bank.
 To find out the factors that can lead to customer toward satisfaction.
 To study about the types of loans availed by the customers

COMPONY PROFILE:

 NAME OF THE BANK: BASSEIN CATHOLIC CO-OP. BANK LTD.


 The Bassein Catholic Co-operative Bank Ltd. was established as Credit Co-
operative Society –by Rev. Msgr. P. J. Monis on 6th February 1918 with the
help of some social activist in Vasai, which has large Christian population.
 On 13th March, 1986, the Credit Society was converted into an Urban Co-
operative Bank and on 1st December 1990, it was awarded the prestigious
status of a Schedule Bank by the Reserve Bank of India

 1.As per the findings of this survey ZENDABAZAR BCCB bank customers are
fairly satisfied. Also majority of the customers were either satisfied or neutral
with BCCB’s performance.
 2.From the above the types of loans availed by the customers.
 To study about the efficiency of the employee at their services.
 3.the bank provide various loans to its customers like .Agriculture,
Education loan , personal loan etc.
 4.the customers were satisfied with the efficiency and timely delivery of
services by the employee of the bank.

CONCLUSION

 It is very important for any business firm to assess the level of customer
satisfaction. High level of satisfaction could translate into profits whereas
low level of satisfaction means customers are more likely to shift in favor if
competitors.
 The first main objective of this survey was to find the level of customer
satisfaction and as per the findings of this survey ZENDABAZAR BCCB bank
customers are fairly satisfied.
 The result showed that high number of respondents stayed neutral about
the loan products and online banking system of ZENDABAZAR BCCB bank.
