IN SINGLE LIVER SYSTEM

ABSTRUCT

 The aim is to design and develop a control system

based an fully mechanically dual braking system
in single LEVEL is called “ FABRICATION OF
DUAL BRAKE SINGLE LIVER SYSTEM”.
The main aim of this project to reduce the work
loads to the driver so that to minimize the
accident.
INTRODUCTION

 Car safety is the avoidance of accidents or the

minimization of harmful effects of accidents, in particular
as pertaining to human life and health. We have pleasure
in introducing our new project “FABRICATION OF
DUEL BRAKE SINGLE LIVER SYSTEM”, which is
fully equipped by hydraulic braking system, hydraulic
cylinder and reciprocating hydraulic pump. It is a genuine
project which is fully equipped and designed for Automobile
vehicles.
 This forms an integral part of best quality. This product
underwent strenuous test in our Automobile vehicles and it
is good. Primitive man required energy primarily in the
form of food.
 Subsequently he discovered fire and his energy needs
increased as he started to make use of wood and other bio
mass to supply the energy needs for cooking as well as
agriculture.
WORKING OPERATION

 The important components of our project are,

Frame
Hydraulic cylinder
Reciprocating hydraulic pump
Wheel with braking arrangement

 The reciprocating hydraulic pump is connected to the brake

LEVEL. Whenever the pedal is pressed at that time
pressurized fuel goes to the two hydraulic cylinders with
the help of connectors. Two cylinders are fitted each side of
the vehicle one for front side and another one for rear
wheel of the vehicle.
 The Pressurized fuel is goes to these two hydraulic
cylinders. The braking ratio is 7:3 for back and front wheel
ratio. According to this ratio the hydraulic cylinder is fixed
to the wheel.

ADVANTAGES & DISADVANTAGES

ADVANTAGES:
 Low cost single liver project.

 Operating Principle is very easy.

 Installation is simplified very much.

 To minimize the accident

 To reduce the work load to the driver

DISADVANTAGES:
 Additional cost is required for to do this arrangement
