How to do a Single Booking
Input valid OrderID. Refer
to Shopee Admin for
correct OrderIDs
Valid Order IDs will be
accepted. Click NEXT to
proceed booking

Different Types of Delivery Status:

● ALLOCATING - The system is trying to find you a


rider.
● PICKING UP - The rider is on the way to seller to
pick up the item.
● ON THE WAY TO BUYER - The rider has picked up
the package, and is now on the way to deliver it to
the buyer.
● COMPLETED - The buyer has successfully received
the package, and the booking has been completed.
● CANCELLED - The GrabExpress booking has been
cancelled.
● RETURNED - The package has been returned to
sender.
● FAILED - The GrabExpress booking has failed, and
did not push through.

Notes:
● After Submit Bulk - valid bookings will be allocated at once, and the system will locate the
nearest available GE rider to accept the booking.
● Once accepted, a GE rider may contact you via Phone to confirm the Pick-Up address and
type of item.
● You can track / cancel bookings in the Track Status page, same as w/ the Single Booking

Bookings can be cancelled in certain occasions, but should be done less than 2
minutes before the booking has successfully been assigned to a GE rider (ie.
PICKING UP. This is because a GE rider will immediately go to your pick-up point.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Grab Express is same day delivery after payment has been CONFIRMED by Shopee.

For RTS, item will be delivered to Grab HQ. Shopee 3PL will pick up and deliver it to seller.

Input tracking number before clicking ship button, tracking number can be found in the Grab Express
“Track Status”

Tracking link should be shared to the buyer to be able to know the whereabouts of the rider.

Uploading of verified order IDs is every 2 hours.

Contact buyer before booking Grab to make sure buyer will be available to receive order
Shopee will shoulder cost for Return to Seller Orders.

Shipping cost is a fixed amount of P108

Maximum shipping subsidy (P83) will be applied to orders worth P500 and up.

Buyer will shoulder the shipping fee if the order is below P250,

STRICTLY 1 RIDE PER ORDER.
