STARTUP:

– FIRSTLY, I TRIED TO DO MY INTETNSHIP IN NESLTE WATER FACTORY ISLAMABAD.

– BUT THE SHE MANAGER OF NESLTE MEHWISH HAYAT WAS NOT A FAIR LADY.HER BEHAVIOUR
WITH INTERNEES WAS VERY ROUGH. I LEFT IN 2 DAYS AND THEN TRIED FOR RIC CHANDNI
CHOWK.
– FIRSTLY THE ACCOUNTANT DIDN’T TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NOT ANY SPACE. HE WASTED MY TIME
IN HIS
– LATER ON I PERSONALLY MET MIS MARYAM AND SHE REJECTED WITH THE ANSWER THAT SHE
CANNOT SEND A SINGLE DOCUMENT TO THE BOSS. AND THE TIMING WHICH SHE TOLD ME WAS
ALSO NOT ENOUGH TO LEARN SOMETHING
– THEN I MOVED TO KALSOOM INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL ISLAMABAD. AND HE ASKED ME TO WAIT
FOR DEW DAYS BUT LATER ON SOME ONE TOLD ME THAT THEY BANNED THE SPACE OF
INTERNSHIP.
– THEN I DROP MY CV TO SHIFA INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL IN FNSD BUT THE LADY MISS KALSOOM
WAS A VERY LAZY LADY SHE DID NOT FORWARD OUR DOCUMENTS
INTRODUCTION OF NIH 
NUTRITION DIVISION
– When it was in under Karachi it was called as National Health Lab. After that when it was shifted
to Islamabad because it was the capital under General burner. Who was the E. D here. The name
was changed to NIH from NHL. And started working under board of government which regulate it.
– Basically, it has 4 main divisions:
– 1) Public Health Lab
– 2) Drug Control And testing Lab.
– 3) Biological Production Division.
– 4) Nutrition Division.
– In biological production division, several sub-divisions are working under it.
– Such as Allergy center, Virology, Support department, Administration maintenance sub division,
Horticulture, security department etc.)
– It carries out many of projects such as Malaria, AIDs control, NIBs, PMRC etc.
ABOUT NUTRITION 
DIVISION:
– It is the main focal point of WHO
– It has 4 main labs.
– 1) Food Analytical and Bio-chemical Lab.
– 2) Food and Water Micro-biology.
– 3) Water Chemical Lab.
– 4) Iodine lab.
– In iodine lab, iodine salt, urinary salt estimation, supplements of iodine in form of capsules are prepared.
– 5) Applied Nutrition.
– In this basic health information is collected and provided to institutes such as school students in form of
lectures. Surveys in home.
– Recently iodine capsules are distributing free of cost in under-developed areas of Punjab. Where Goiter
was the major problem.
– Besides this, awareness is given to child about Balance Diet, Health Education.

VERY NICE MAN AND TREATED ME LIKE A STUDENT
