• Create focused goals and define those goals well, more specific
goals have greater opportunities to be achieved than goals that
are still general

• When you set goals, make sure you can answer this 6W questions:
 Who
 What
 Where
 When
 Which
 Why

• The specified plan must be measured using the right


indicator, such as review and evaluation.
• Measurements must be in the form of numbers based
the facts.

• Asking the question How
• Make a daily journal

Example :
1. Able to complete the target of 4 task a day in the process of
implementing a project.
2. A company productivity target must reach 120%

Attainable LOGO

This means that the target must not be made too easy (for
your team's standard performance), but it also shouldn't be
too difficult so that it feels impossible to achieve.

To make your target achievable you need to:


Assess whether the goals you have set can be achieved or not

Example: The current production capabilities in a company is


1000 pcs. So, we can’t set the target production below or
above the capabilities

The project targets that will be decided must be realistic


as possible
how to be realistic?
1. you should know what you and your team are capable
of.
2. recognize needs over wants

Example :
The company wants to make 50 products within 2 hours.
But, they capable to make only 20 products within 2
hours.

Time Bound LOGO

• every single plans that we want to reach or achieve


must have a time limits or deadline.
• if there’s no deadline, then we won’t feel urgent and
we’re starting to lighten up the task/job.
Example :
An employee has to repair a machine until Monday next
week.
