 Positioning Control
 Lead Screw, Length = 400 mm, pitch = 5 mm
 DC Motor, Speed = 180 rpm
 Problem: Move = 100 mm
 Question:
 Travel time [sec]?
 Linear Speed [mm/sec]?
Answer Problem 1
(tanpa Gear Reducer)

 n = l/p = 100 mm/ 5 mm = 20 rotation


 U = 180 rpm = 3 rps
 t = n/U = 20 rot. /3 rps = 6.667 sec.
 v = l/t = 100 mm/6.667 sec = 15 mm/sec.
