UP-Welding Powder KJF 610

KJF 610 is an Aluminate Agglomerated Flux with excellent slag detachability even in
high temperatures. It has the ability for twin and tandem welding and designed for the
multi-pass butt welding of mild, medium and high tensile steels and as well as low
alloyed steels, with impact strength down to -40°C. The flux is preferred due to the low
consumption and resistance to the moisture absorption leading to low hydrogen content
in weld metal. This flux is especially for welding high tensile steels, shipbuilding,
pressure vessels, water pipes, structural steel joints and fine grain steels.
It meets the approval of GL & BV Institutes.

KJF 620 is an Aluminate Basic Agglomerated Flux. Having clean weld bead and
easy slag detachability for thin plates of normal speed both flat and fillet welding
however the slag detachability looks slightly difficult for thick plates with speed
welding of lower than 40cm/min, thus for thick plates of more than 20mm KJF 625 is
recommended. KJF 620 flux meets appropriate mechanical properties and impact

A: Cored wire

We manufacture our cored wire as fold wire with diameters ranging from 1.2 mm to 4.0
mm for the gasless of open-arc welding, MIG welding and submerged arc welding.
Depending on the type of alloy and welding this welding process will be offered with slag
control as with metal powder characteristics.

Overview of the various Cored Wires:

- Cold solidified austenitic hardfacing alloys

- Impact resistant hardfacing alloys, tool steel alloys
- High abrasion resistant hardfacing alloys
- Nickel-based alloys, cobalt based alloys
- Chromium-nickel alloys for corrosion resistant claddings
- Alloys for cast iron cold welding
- Special alloys with tungsten carbides
- MSG-copper based solder wires

Additional we offer:

- Rapid and low-cost manufacturing - also lots of patterns

- Development and optimization of alloys for cladding
- Develop proposals for wear problems
- Materials Characterization

B. Sinter belt

As good alternative for Solid Strip Electrodes we sell Sinter belt. Our sinter belt have prove in the international
market since many years. A big advantage from our sinter belt are the low production costs and the good
availability (also for a small quantity). The production of the sintered tapes are, after the arithmetic
determination of the target analysis, by mixing the different powder components. By means of a rolling mill,
the Powder mixture is then a green tape which is compressed and rolled into a coil. Then this raw strip is
passed through a sintering furnace, in which a reducing atmosphere is sintered to form a stable, flexible band.
Finally, in a cutting machine, the tape at the edges trimmed, brushed and cut to the appropriate width.

Advantages of the Sinter belt:

- High deposition rates in UP and RES methods

- Width alloy diversity is possible
- Adjustments to customer specifications
- Cost-effective production even in small quantities
- Late Availability
- Precise alloy setting

We can offer:

- Sinter belt for UP and RES deposition welding (width 30 & 60 mm)
- Very good alternative for solid strip electrodes
- Good availability – also for a small quantity of 10kg
- Material development
- Standard alloys as:
- Nickel - Cobalt
- Abrasion resistant - Corrosion resistant

C. Flux Cored Wire

With the designation „Sp“ you will find our Flux Cored Wire specially for flame spraying,
high velocity flame spraying or arc spray.
On the basis of the different procedural principles you must by choosing of the right sharp
wire distinguish between the different injection processes. There are little differences of
quarry aggregates which decide for a very good cored wire.

We offer:

- Optimized Cored Wire for arc spray

- Optimized Cored Wire for flame and velocity flame spraying
- A different kind of Standard and Special alloys with the necessary wire diameters
- Good availability – also for a small quantity

Description Low alloy Mild Steel wires suitable for welding under protective Mild steel low alloyed Ni-Cr-Mo welding wire used for
gases (Ar/CO2 or CO2) of self or coated steels. The presence of welding under protective gases.Preferred gas mix is
Copper together with Chronium (Cr) and Nickel (Ni) grants to Ar/CO2, but can even be used with pure CO2 gas. It´s
obtain welds characterised by high resistance to the used for single and multipass welds for low alloyed
atmospheric corrosion same as those base material welded. It is steels with high resistivity having yield strength over
therfore suitable for welding of outdoors structures where the 650 N/mm² and tensile strength up to 850 N/mm. It is
fundamental requirement is the duration (e.g. bridges, cranes) also valid for welds at low temperature. Fields of use
are the Chemical and Oil heavy industry,
manufacturing of industrial machines, heavy
carpentry, off-shore industry etc.
