• obesity is a medical condition in which

?
1) Reduce the meal portion from unusual, eat more
fruits, vegetables and nuts.
2) Reducing the use of oil (fried foods) and coconut
milk, can be cooked by steaming, boiling.
3) Reduce sweet foods and drinks.
4) Increase eating fresh fish.
5) Carry out physical activities for at least 30 minutes
