based on the reason of using drugs.

addict drugs by state, Malaysia 2015 until 2017.

Labuan, Sabah, Terengganu and Kelantan decreased in
four states, namely Perak, Melaka, Sarawak and Perlis
Conclusion • Peer influence is major reason people take drugs for the
first time showing 56.19 % for 13 268 cases recorded
average for five years.

 • More awareness of drug abuse among community and regular public's
help in giving information.

Recommendation • Parent should take serious action avoid their children go out from houses
after night to prevent them from influence by friend.
• Reduce and control the nightclub premise in order to reduce the drug
peddlers or drugs pushers and conduct a law uniting the death penalty to
the drug peddlers.
• Accessibility must be highly strict in reduce drugs from neighbourhood
country.
• Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA) should make regular haunts drug raid
operations.
• Create awareness among the public with launched programme called
“ Jihad War against Drug ”.
